What time should I be at the meeting point?Please be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before embarkation for registration! 🏖️ Tip: If you're driving, we recommend arriving even earlier, as most sunset charters start at 4 PM and parking can be very limited. Taking a Grab might be more convenient!

What happens if it is raining?Wet Weather Policy In the event of wet weather, the captain will make the final decision in the interest of everyone’s safety. Guests are still required to proceed to the marina and await the captain’s assessment. Light drizzle: The yacht will proceed to sail as scheduled. Heavy rain: The captain may delay the departure time. Please note: If sailing is deemed possible and guests decide not to proceed, only up to 20% of the charter fee may be refunded. In the event of extreme weather where sailing is deemed impossible, the trip will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. (Guests can choose to postpone upon availability)

What other situations will the charters get cancelled?If any guest engages in unsafe behaviour (e.g. excessive alcohol consumption), as determined solely by the captain, no refund will be issued in the event of a cancellation. Gina Leisure reserves the exclusive right to recall the vessel in the event of forecasted or occurring severe weather conditions. If the charterer chooses to prematurely end the charter, it will be considered a cancellation by the guest, and no refund will be provided. Once the yacht has departed the marina, the charter is considered fulfilled, and no cancellations or refunds will be offered.

Can I bring my own food & beverages?Please note that no corkage fee will be imposed. However, red wine and any strongly coloured food items such as curry are not permitted, as they may cause stubborn stains on the carpeted or teak flooring. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I do not know how to swim is it safe for me?All yachts are equipped with life vests. If you plan to take a dip in the sea, please inform our crew in advance and request a life vest if needed. Swimming is done at your own risk, and we strongly encourage wearing a life vest for safety.

Is a child included in the headcount?Children aged 4 and above are considered as individual passengers (pax) and will be charged accordingly.

Are there any ice box?Yes, each yacht comes with its own ice box. However, we recommend WhatsApping us in advance to confirmavailability for your specific charter.

Do I need to bring my passport?No, the yacht will be sailing within Langkawi (Malaysia) waters only, so a passport is not required unless you plan to travel to other countries. However, it is recommended that foreign travelers bring their passport, and local Malaysians carry their Identity Card (IC) for identification purposes.
